Out with the old, In with the older

Well the time has come for me to sell my 04 F150, and after a lot of truck shopping, I have found a replacement. I've been wanting to downgrade for awhile for a few reasons. So I'm happy. Its just what I want to.

Current truck 04 F150 Supercab Fx4 - Loaded
Replacement - 02 F150 Regular cab, sb, 5.4, 4x4, around 90k miles. Previous owner = Awesome. Sounds like he took Extremely good care of it. Seems like a real honest guy too, so no worries about hidden problems. I actually cant wait for the official word.

Question though, Currently the truck has 285/75 r16. Now, according to my conversion chart, those are 33x11.50. So the 97-03 fit 33s on stock suspension?

that will only fit on a 4x4. which is what you are getting so its fine. i think a 265 is the widest you can go on a 2wd though

I was thinkin; man, it'd be tough for Raoul to see WTF he was going set up like that, unless his wipers work well.

The tarp is to keep the rain from leaking in the third brake light.

My loads upset my neighbors down the street.

One said, "Damn your five four! If you had a V6 we wouldn't have to rake so much."

p.s.
I got the tarp set up like that so they won't know it's me.

Why what? Why a single cab short bed? Or why, as is, my reason to downgrade?

Well, many reasons:
I love single cabs, and the nbs has that weird single cab

A lot cheaper, lower payment, lower ins. Gonna save a bunch

In the military, and gonna be going to a lot of different schools, all over, for about 1-2 yrs, so wont be driving much. So, even more savings.

Current truck is too big and nice. I have a small jon boat, and sometimes the trail is a little tight, gets iffy with the purdy 04.

Time is right. Can sell current truck for more than I owe.

Another good reason would be if the 04 is due for a spark plug change.

Kind of funny, the break off in the 04's and shoot out of the '02's. Kind of a crapshoot either way.
