Being an older cop, I prefer the thugs wear their pants pulled down. At my age it's the only chance I have to catch them on foot! Or at least get to within 21 feet of them!

This past winter I saw two guys wearing baggy pants and parkas walking through foot deep snow. One hand was lifting the parka so the other hand could hold up the pants. I sat at the stop light laughing my butt off! It was hilarious!!

 

Reminds me of the trek to Braum's last night. Took the guy about an hour to make me a chocolate malt. He could only use one hand as the other was holding his pants up.

 

That happened to me but the cop was patting my ankles.
