This dude's *** was at the bottom of his shirt, from the cops's perspective. Problem is, the location where his *** should have been in those jeans, was actually about 12 inches from the ground.

The kid was probably hung, and once the cop felt this beast, he wanted to make sure it wasn't a weapon that could be used against him. This kid was turned on by the frisk, which developed into a tent pitching pole. No flinch, no nuttin while being grabbed, and held onto for a bit? He was lovin it!

 

It's embarrassing enough without a video. How do you guys think he felt when it showed up on Youtube? Betcha he doesn't get ribbed at work at all.
