well fortunatly I can do most of the work myself. Having a filipina wife makes it hard though... VERY money concious. Anyways, I don't have any high hopes of finishing it. A few dreams, but I am realistic. It will keep me out of the bars, and I won't loose money, just time. As for a restore job, Nah.. a custom is way better on this car. A very good condition hornet is only going for about $20,000. A great custom can get more money. Now if you where talking about a Boss 429.... yeah restore factory original. I am thinking (remember, I haven't seen the car in person yet) about doing the drive train, and saftey things like breaks and oh... I don't know... windows first and make a rat rod and work on it as I can. That way I can enjoy it while I work on it and it won't be as big a burden. It will be the first big tow test for the truck. I figure close to 6,000 lbs of trailer all up with the car. I hope I can do better than 10 MPG LOL. Glad ya all like it.

Patman, your truck looks funny in that picture! The Pontiac looks bigger than your truck!

I towed a Camero, I honestly has a hard time feeling it back there. Its not so much the weight of the vehicle but the wind resistance of the vehicle. Anything low profile usually tows great.
