i use the search button a lot, but you guys have to realize that there is only so much you can discuss about a ford F150. i am sure 95% of all topics you could ever talk about have been posted on here already. you have to cut the noobs some slack.

 

I use the search too.
It is really good for finding people who misspell the same words that I do, other than that it's pretty wrothless.

I've been here for just short of 7 years now... At no time has there been any more use of the search feature than there is now. I bet there are more posts here crying about why nobody ever searches, than just about any other topic. The search police have been in full effect since day one.

 

Plain and simple it is easer to ask a question and wait a min rather than do a search while @ work I don't have time to search and work ..So I post and look back from time to time ....lol

I look @ it this way would you ask you neighbor for a wrench or just search though his stuff ??? I would ask he has prolly knows right were it is...

But then agian im lazy

It is sometimes easier just to type the answer rather than berate somebody.
If the answer is complex, or has many posssible answers and I know the answer is out there, I will suggest a search.
Sometimes, I'll do the search myself, tell them I found 58 answers, maybe show them a few.
Some of those answers are wrong but, the right one is probably out there too.
That is kinder than waiting for another 58 people to answer the new question.
