Levi Leipheimer is an American Cyclist from the Butte area, for those of you that don't know. His family owns a bike shop, car dealership and a bunch of other stuff around here. Anyway, this last year Levi switched cycling teams to Astana, a team with a troubled past. Well, Astana tried to clean up its image by switching management and recruiting new riders. Now the ASO has banned the new Astana team from all events this year, including the Tour de France.

I'm sure you all care about as much about cycling as I do, but I've met some of this guy's family and they are top notch people. Not to mention he's the US's next great hope to dominate the sport, and he hasn't done anything to be punished for. Unfortunately, now he can't just switch teams either.
