.17 caliber Crossman pump pellet rifle.

I used one for about three months around my house, and the squirrels actually circle my yard to get back and forth between my neighbors yards.

They're smart little devils. Now they can tell if I'm empty handed or if I have the pellet rifle. There's a big difference in their scurry speed when they see the pellet rifle.

Careful. If you start shooting at them, they *can* shoot back!

And then a nice little .22 or even a .22 pellet gun.

If you've never had the bushy little rodents in a stew you don't know what you're missing.. very tasty!

I can give my recipe if you'd care to bag and clean 4-6 of the critters.

Do you need to worry about disease when eating these lil guys? My Uncle has pecan tree's all over his property and we shoot them with .22 shorts and pellt guns all day long, never thoughts of eating them though....

Cat...

or if they're really bad-

2 cats.

Never have I wished I had cats, like I did when those freaking Norway rats got in my attic... The downside to living near a stream and a bunch of trees.

An inspection and $380 later, ABC Pest and Lawn got rid of them.

This was after I spent $400 a few years earlier with "Critter Control" who actually caught two squirrels (outside the house, so I have no clue if they were the culprits or not), but never saw, detected, or caught anything in the house.

I think everyone has either had, or still have at least one (mouse/rat) in their garage.

I put a live trap (it will then become a dead trap since I plan on shooting every single sqirrel that I catch) on the roof of the house near the chimney with some peanut butter covered crackers, hopefully that will take care of part of the problem. Then I also got a piece of galvanized valley flashing from work that I am going to use to make a cap for the chimney and then tapcon it into place.

I will have to look for the coyote urine also.

Thanks for the input guys!!
