Post your Pics of Mans Best Friend
This is Allie, the Australian Shepherd. We rescued her from the pound just hours before she was going to be put down because no one wanted her. She was wild as a puppy but she has grown up to be the best dog. This was after a long day at the track.

This is Birdie, a Blue Tick Beagle. We rescued her also from the pound.

... and finally this was my first dog. Aussie the Australian Shepherd. She's a old girl but she's good most of the time.

"Saving the life of a dog doesn't mean much to the world but it means the world to the dog you saved." You did a great thing by rescuing that doggy!

Most of those rescues end up being something really special to their families, too. You hear story after story of what a great dog they turn out to be.

I remember when she was about 1 or 2 years old she could jump our 6 ft wood fence. We'd let her out in the back yard and next thing you know it she was in the front yard laying down guarding the house.
