Does wonders when I'm camping... Heck, even for $10 this is still a bad ****...

Got it @ Harbor Freight...http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=90714

It may look cool...but for 10bucks, I bet it loses its edge when cutting butter...

I just purchased that exact knife here in Houston. I paid a bit more, around 30, but for the quality of the blade I am still impressed. Seems to be holding a edge well and has a nice look with the wood grain

I keep a nice shiny machete right by the driver's seat.. Ever seen the look on a loser's face when confronted with a machete?

It's priceless!

I rotate quite a bit. But it is usually my spyderco or my kershaw whirlwind. Both great folding knives.

On my person I carry a Gerber multi-tool, a Puma Deer Hunter and a Puma boot knife. I also occasionally have a custom Bowie on me depending on where I'm going. In the truck is an Ontario machete and an Ontario Bowie. There's also a small Barlow in the glove box. I've learned that it far better to carry more than one, just like pistols.

I carry a Kershaw scallion I think it is. It is spring assist and very convenient! I love it! One of my friends that custom made knives for years recommended Kershaw to me. I have owned two of their knives and they have been flawless

I have an old gerber multi-tool. I liked the Gerber because the leatherman has sharp edges that cut into your hands while using the pliers. The Gerber has held up well over the past ten years. Only two things wrong with it. The file broke off when I used it as a pry bar. I guess it wasn't designed for that, oh well, never used a file anyway. The wire cutters are all jacked up from when some witch at work asked to borrow some wirecutters and then apparently used them to cut the bars on her brothers jail cell or some such.

I don't carry it everywhere, but nearly. It goes to work with me as I use it a lot, it goes camping with me, goes to the race track, goes with me on the dirtbike. I'd really like to get a new one but the dang thing just keeps on going.

Since leaving the Marines I don't carry my K-Bar so much anymore.
