2009 Ford Flex - Yes or No?

So would you buy this? Yes or No? I'm a big fan, a big YES for me!

I would have to vote "No" to the shoebox on wheels.

Maybe if they threw some wood panelling on the sides, though...

Has some wicked features...'fridge and stuff like that. I think it will do fairly well. As for me, I prefer the Edge SPORT- once they release the EcoBoosted EDGE Sport I will be buying it.

I like it and would consider one if I was in the market, for a family car.

YES!

Eco-boosted edge sport, with a brembo big brake kit.... would be awesome.

I'll have to say "No"

Too consservative. Very Honda Element(ish) to me albeit even more conservative.

Edge = Homerun

I'd have to call that one a base hit.

I'll withold final judgement, until I can see it in person. Dallas Auto Show.

im a ford fan but i vote NO

cool features and interior but i wish they used the money to make a better Taurus or Fusion

it will get EcoBoost though

so it could be very fast

it reminds me of Chrysler's PT Cruiser and GM's HHR.....both of which i dislike.....

a cross between the honda element and VW golf. more of a bi*ch bucket type car, but I'm sure many will buy it. Not my type though.

I saw my first one the other day on the highway. It looked neat, but I don't think I'd be getting it. I'd need to see the interior before really making that call though.
How good is this thing on gas? I thought I read that they drink it back pretty good.

I don't see why Ford need Taurus X and Flex. What's the price range? Dodge Journey looks like a better alternative.

I don't like the Flex. I love the Edge, but they need to put a third row of seats in it for it to work for me. I personally like the Taurus X (my wife currently drives a Freestyle) but my wife said she'd never drive anything named a "Taurus".

yea the reason for the production of the Ford Flex is to replace the Ford Freestar mini-van that was selling like crap. Ford will also be discontinuing the Taurus X (aka Freestyle) by the end of 2009 i belive.
