OK guys maybe I should not have said what I said. I will say this yes the Mormons have some funny beliefs at least to outsiders. I am no preacher and don't try to say I am. In Marine boot camp my SDI said, " if a man gets up at 0500 and prays to a doorknob that is facing east. If it brings comfort and peace of mind to that man then don't knock it" This is the way I look at religion. So there you go guys. I will not talk bad about anyone beliefs. Enough said.

I'm all for that. I'm glad you think that way as well. It's the one's who claim to know all about it and try to push their silly logic on you that get annoying and we play with them. It's kinda like a cat with a mouse. Could kill it, it's just more fun to play with it.

Did you go to PI or SD? Cause I heard the same thing! Seriously.

Unfortunately, way too many ppl here believe it's "their god's way or the highway".

As a Christian, that is what is said in the bible, so we will believe it to be true. {No one comes to the Father except through Me} As for other religions, they should be respected. We know all religions lead to death, but we shouldn't stand around and knock them for it.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't ended. For the record, I apologize for the offense of innocent bystanders. As for the other two folks, I'm sure we're all big kids. Go check out some recipes.

Well guys, it's real easy to bash somebody when you don't know anything about them. If you knew Mormon history, you'd know why the above was a sworn statement. I'd suggest bashing something you do know about. I'm not Mormon, by the way. I think if you intend to argue religion you need to have studied all religions. I did an eight year study and I'm not near qualified to argue the point but I can respect everybodys faith without having the need to bash them.
This is why so many of the forums don't allow religion. Few are qualified to make an arguement one way or the other. It usually ends up with heated arguements about their OPINIONS, not fact.

I have nothing against Mormons.

I say we make fun of Jehovah's Witnesses.

C'mon. Let's here your best "answering the door" stories.
