If its a guy in a truck i will flash, Mom in a mini van i will flash, driving a suv i will flash. but if its a riced out honda civic with the loudest most obnoxious exhaust and stick on racing stripes and every sticker known to man i will just let him be.

 

How in the hell can you hear a cars exhaust and decide wether or not to flash them. That makes absolutely no sense. If you're traveling 40+ MPH you don't have time to "examine" a car to decide wether or not you can flash. I flash folks as a heads up no matter what they are driving.

 

The sound that comes out of those fart cans does travel. I can usually hear them long before I see the annoying lil fackers

 

Most of the roads here where you can get up to any amount of speed have long straightaways where you can see the other car for at least a mile. sorry if my selection process offends you but i cant stand those cars held together with nos stickers.
