Gun ****!!

This is one of my new toys!! I converted one of my AR-15's to shoot 9mm; since .223 is so dang expensive. It has iron sights with an Aimpoint red dot sight, collapsable stock, and a tactical flash light. Enjoy!

I have the same Aimpoint. Took it off my HK. Now puting it on the Colt AR. It sucked for hunting. But I do love it. The .223 is not that expensive if ya know where to get it. The 70 grain is really tuff to get.

There's a block for the lower so the 9mm magazines will fit. Then I had to buy a new upper that's chambered for 9mm. Basically just pieces back together the same way it came apart.

I really like my aimpoint, but the rifle is really just used for fun. It's easy to throw up and hit something quickly. I don't shoot the .223 AR since I converted this one because I feel bad using the ammo I have stocked up. Theres about 1000rds of .223 stocked away, but I got that when it was just over 120 bucks a thousand. Now it's closer to 200 plus shipping!! I can get 9mm for about 5 or 6 cents a round cheaper. It's a lot easier to swallow that bill when you can run through a few hundred rounds pretty quick at the range. In case anyone is looking for good ammo prices....
www.gun-deals.com has a section that you can search for the lowest shipped ammo prices. Happy shooting!

Thought I would contribute to this "Gun ****" thread a little bit.

First with some amature stuff:

My M4 with all the bells and whistles on it as first issued (currently has CCO PEQ2 and pistol grip)

Looking down the "business" end

The secondary weapon for my gun truck.

One of my Christmas presents this year.

And now the "professional" stuff:

My guntrucks primary weapon. Used to run a M2 and while I like the stopping power of the M2 I found the 240 creates less heat ache to run with.

I was able to acquire a green laser that mounts to the feed tray cover after this picture was taken. Used mostly for EOF but since it points were ever the weapon is pointing it could be used in a pinch to aim the weapon as well.

Once again, after this picture was taken I was able to get a swivel mount for the SAW so now I am able to mount two automatic weapons.

DPMS is good stuff. Though Cerberus bought them out IIRC.
