You don't think there are any Democratic voters that mirror you?

Tim C.
You'd probably be shocked at the percentage of membership here who have no idea who Alfred E. Newman is.

Something tells me that Mr. Newman is not worried about his possible lack of celebrity status among the members here.

If you look at the voting record of the Democrats, then no. I never said I was a fool after all. Why would someone vote to eliminate their own civil liberties?

Pulling out of Iraq, and the fight against terrorism is only going to encourage them to bring that crap here. I only hope that if we do pull out, that the terrorist attacks happen in states like New York, Flori-duh, and California, and they leave the smart parts of the country the heck alone.
First off, he's not an isolationist. He wants to protect our borders here at home. We couldn't win a war against Canada right now with how thin our military is stretched. If we'd had more military here at home, maybe 9/11 would have never even got started. We're better equipped to defend a terrorist attack in Baghdad than we are right here at home. The simple truth is that we can't afford to continue our foreign policy the way it stands now.

Second, Iraq had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks on 9/11. The war in Iraq was an unconstitutional and illegal invasion and totally unfounded. The current administration lied to the American people to get their support and it has backfired. I was all for getting revenge for the terrorist attacks but the current war in Iraq is nothing more than a huge drain on our economy and we shouldn't be there.
