Glass is covered by comprehensive, not collision, and comprehensive claims have no effect on your rates or insurability unless you have what they deem an "excessive" number of claims.

Call your agent, Dave.

Well I am pissed! Progressive says I need to pay my $500 deductible so I guess its coming out of my pocket. Progressive sucks!!!! I am going to switch insurance companies ASAP!

I just learned that progressive doesn't care about their customers.

Its going to be $321.05 with a $35 "discount" for being a progressive customer for a grand total of $286.05. Thanks for the $35 progressive! Well atleast the person who broke it is paying for the damn thing so either way I dont have to pay anything. I never knew a woman's heel on her boot could do so much damage!

Crap man!! That sucks!!!! Hope you get everything worked out. I'm glad i am happily marrried. 13 years and i wouldn't change it for the world..............
