The best woman attracting dog I've ever had was my old Pomeranian, he would attract them from a mile away, then turn on the charm and make them ohhh and aww at him and keep them around for a long time. My current Beagle/Dasch attracts them some but she isn't as personable as the pom was. She just has to much puppy in her still. The ladies would go out of their way to come meet and pet the pom, the beagle/dasch might get a pat on the head if they happen to be close enough.
