Sirius Stiletto portable receiver; anybody have one?

I'm thinking about getting the wife a Sirius Stiletto for Christmas, but wanted to hear from someone who has one first. It will be used as an ipod essentially since we already have Sirius in the truck. I've read the headphones are bulky because they have the antenna built in. The models I'd be interested in are the Stiletto 100 or the new Stiletto 2. How is the reception on the units? Do you have to use the bulky headphones or can you get a good reception using "ear buds"? Any information would be appreciated.

I have one, my wife bought me one for my B-day last year. I do have to say that the headphones are a bit uncomfortable but I really don't use it much outside. I really only use it during my son"s baseball season, when I sit and watch practice. I usually put on a little Stern or a little Nfl network. It comes with both types of earphones, but you need the antenna phones to get reception. The recording is great, it is like downloading free music and you can manage the whole thing on your PC. So yeah go for it, just get the car adapter so you can travel with it.
