Why isnt there a mexican olympic team?

Because all the runners and swimmers are in the US!

 

No joke. I was in El Paso once on a biz trip and a Mexican lady and her two kids were across the border in the US so she could train to be on the Mexican Olympic team's field and track group. She was a cutie but, let's say, nice and thick!! I don't know how she could run with the upper chest she had!!
