New Pony

The gf and I picked up an 08 Vista Blue Pony this past weekend, a GT just wouldn't fit in the budget for now. I haven't been around for a few months, been busy working on the house. This site is too dangerous to be browsing with most of our money going into the house, the mod budget is done and gone. I'm too damn scared to peruse the Mustang boards and catching a new habit of modding the car. We're not planning to do anything with the car other than a few minor details. The first thing I'm looking to do is replace the silver heater/AC vents with black vents. Problem is Ford wants $45 each or $77 for a center panel which comes with two vents. Good gracious. The F150 vents are same diameter but about 1/4" too deep. Guess this is how it all starts, anyone know of a cheap place to look Mustang parts???

It IS a 5sp...however it is also an auto. Yes, it's a six, but it's not too much of a slouch, hit triple digits on the speedo before the odometer.

At 6'7" it's just roomy for me to fit, but not comfy enough for my monkey legs to work the clutch.
