I think if I was that officer I'd just tied his horse to a fence post and given him a ride home. Told his family they needed to go get his horse, then not mention it to ANYONE.

No this is real, I saw it on one of those shows called "World's Worst Police Chases" or the likes (even though he was being chased at a blazing 5MPH). I was laughing so hard at this guy, what a nut!
