I dont ask often, but thoughts and prayers would be nice.
Thanks guys much appreciated.
She is still in a coma state, and her heart is still going strong.
Granny (my grandma) went home for some much needed sleep tonight as her brothers made it in to stay with great grandma (thier mom) tonight.
Yes I consider myself very lucky, my great grandpa who just passed 4 years ago is one of my biggest inspirtations and heros in life. Along with my grandpa and dad. I cant express in words the appreciation I have for having 3 male role models growing up and in my life, for the individule lessons and life long teachings each one has passed down to me. Just from those three alone, I have over 210 years of lifes lessons, experinces learned trades and skills that has been literally handed to me. Throw in all three grandmas that are still alive as of now, and my mom who have also played important roles, thats almost 3/4 of century worth of knowledge that has been given to me.

:o I just realized that my great grandma is 89... Can't imagine life without her. Matt, I know the pain you're going through. I said it earlier and I'll say it again... One call/text/email/etc and I'm there in less than an hour.
Thanks again guys, appreciate the offers, not really anything we can do right now. Just sit and watch her body starve and dehydrate. Not a prety sight at all and seems extremely cruel IMO. Thats probably the hardest part of it for me right now. They are just letting nature take it's course, just seems more humane if we'd help nature along. She is comatose, and they say they dont know, but her eyes are moving like they did with her halucinations, so tells me there is brain activity. I dont know, maybe she don't know that she is hungar or thirsty, but then again maybe she does. Just one of teh worst ways to go I think.
Sorry just kind of thinking aloud.

Well she past away last night at 1am.
Granny (my grandma) is handeling it alot better than expected, you can see a great relief in her face especially her eyes and even hear it in her voice that hasn't been there in a few years. Being the caregiver of my great grandma had really taken a toll on her physically and mentally. She got the peace we were praying for. Thanks for the prayers, and thoughts, I feel they were answered.
