Just checking for updates. I havent forgot and have prayed the last couple days for you both. Dont forget the positive, the cancer test was negative so looks like if she can get past this all will be well.

 

yall have no idea how much it means to me that yall are thinking of my family right now...thanks so much it means the world to me...she is improving and the vent is slowly being decreased and her body is starting to breathe on its own...but im still scared to death...now all i need is some sleep because i think i only average bout 2 hours of sleep each night...and she had a little surgery today to insert a central line to help the doctor is she went through that great...but its still so hard to see a parent like that even though ive seen her dozens of time my heart still goes into my stomach each time and it kills me inside...but thanks for listenin to me...thanks again for everything everyone...

 

Get rest, if you can. Don't get yourself sick by not getting any sleep along with the new cold snap.

We are praying for the best for her. You know we are thinking about you and your family here and will be here when you have time to keep us updated.

Let the Drs help her and yall be there for her. Help your family too. It's gotta be hard for everyone.

 

Sometimes the Dr's can give you something to help you sleep if you just mention it next time you are there. Very glad to hear she is improving, what hospital is she at?

My dad is in West Houston, I was just wondering if we were crossing paths and not even knowing it

 

yeah we are back in beaumont...we were in houston only for md anderson...but the nurse called me tonight and they took the tube out and shes breathing on her own...shes still in critical condition and the next 48 hours shes under close supervision...thanks yall for all yalls prayers because they worked...im goin to bed...and tonight i can sleep good knowing shes breathing on her own...bye and goodnight

just when i thought she was getting better it gets worse...well she was suppose to be discharged tommorow and then they did a MRI...and the found a ruptured disc that is pushing on her spinal cord and she has to have surgery as soon as possible...now we dont know when she will get out of the hospital...yeah im about to go back to the hospital until morning because the surgeon is comin in the morning and i dont want to miss him to see whats going to happen...
