Back in February, I took a new job within my company, and it required that within a year, I move to a new town 120 miles away from where I had been based out of.
Well, last month, my house finally sold. We ended up moving into a rental for the time being.
However, with the profit on the house, I paid my truck off 3 years early, and did the same on my wife's car.
For the first time in 7 years, I'm completely debt free.
Of course we're actively looking for another house so it won't last long, but at least for awhile I'll only have the house payment when we find one. No more vehicle payments for many years!!!
