I purchased the kit and I received it UPS the following week.

The headers installed without a problem, but the 3" Off Road Pipe didn't look anything like the picture on his eBay advertisement . It didn't have O2 ports like the one in his picture, it also was missing the mid-pipe that was pictured and the dang thing didn't even fit - it came in contact with my transfer case.

I sent his Off Road Pipe back which was an extra $125 about 12 days ago and this guy simply refuses to refund the cash.

Giving me the run around - says he has to inspect it first? - Wish I had that option!!

So - Confirmation of delivery to him was last Thursday and NO refund yet.

I have reported this to Pay-pal and that's where I'm getting the run around , like he's trying to get out of it . I haven't left any feed back yet for him on eBay - If I leave bad feedback , I'm afraid I will forfeit my refund ..

Any Idea's ?

Sorry for the long post - never had a problem on eBay yet..

Jbrew- I had a bad experience from a seller in Singapore! I sent him a couple of emails and that went no where. I went to ebay dispute page and let them rectify the situation. The buyers get the benefit of any doubts. Just sit back and wait, that is your only recourse. It takes about two weeks to get the ruling posted to both your accounts. Go through the proper steps and be meticulous about it. Make sure your documentation is correct and be truthful.

BTW- the seller from Singapore sent my stuff to my "old" address which is now an empty lot. He said I told him to send it there. That is BS, besides, my correct address was listed to where product was to be shipped. He didn't read thouroghly and it cost him. Anyways, I came out ahead in the dispute with a refund on my Paypal account.
