I drove a '75 Vette...White L48 with a 4-speed. Decided I wanted to see what the 'Vette experience' was all about, so I did a minor restoration to one over the winter. It was fun, and even though it was a low horsepower L48, it still was faster than the automatic Vettes of that year. When I was done with it, it had an engine clean enough to eat off of. It took a first place trophy in it's class at the first show I entered it in. I sold it for the down payment on my F150. Even though it was a low-dollar Vette, it still was a lot of fun. I'd like to do another one, only this time put a 347 Ford stroker in it...just to bust all those Vette purist's cahonies.

1980 Dodge D-50..

Little p/u, actually made by Mitsubishi.. I bought it in '92 with 45,000 miles on it, put another 135k on her before she croaked...

And her death was sweet, out the driveway on the way to work, one block down the street and she dropped an intake valve..

1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

4.0 I-6, K&N, homemade intake, V-8 exhaust, 3.73 gears. Had a niiiiiiiice system in it, 2 10"s, you could hear me coming. Momma's still driving it, 130K on it now.

Then I went to my 1999 F-150.

2wd, 4.6, XLT. 100% stock when I bought it with 82,266 miles. Sold it 2.5 years later for the same price I paid for it, only it had 125K on it then. While I had it, it had intake, exhaust, Edge, ignition, 2 12"s, 1 8", DVD, CB, PA, etc. Only toys I wasn't able to pull out were the power mods.

Then I bought my current truck:

2000 Ford F-250 Powerstroke 4x4. Straight pipe (5" turbo back "sewer pipe exhaust" coming SOON, no muffler), TYMAR intake, Edge Juice with Attitude, custom front bumper, tint, Alpine IVA-W200 DVD, CB, PA, Sirius Satellite Radio. One of these days it's getting a custom sub box, along with a 2007 Conversion.

First truck/vehicle:
1985 Ford Ranger 4x4
2.8 V-6, 3" bodylift 235/75-15 Dunlop Mud Rovers
2" exhuast comprised of many peices of pipe and a Thrush glasspack, will be replaced most of the factory 2.5" exhaust from my F-150 depending on fitment.
Duraspark ignition from a '79 pinto (gasp) instead of the factory feedback carb crap.
I still have it and slowly peicing together a 289 to put in it.

College car due to the Ranger's complete lack of fuel economy:
1990 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo 2.0 5-Speed FWD.
Aside from a CD player, replacement speakers and the 14" Eagle alloy rims that came with it the thing was pretty much stock. I sold it with a shy 170k on it 2 years ago and it still ran great. The CD player I put in it is now in my Ranger. My fun car that got away.

Newest ride:
2002 F-150 XLT 4x4
5.4, 2.25 True Duals with Thrush Glasspacks and Magnaflow tips. Westin Sportsman Grille guard and a Cobra CB with a 3' Firestick.

1989 Beretta GT 2.8 5 speed. Beater. Gave it to my son-in-law, he still drives it back and forth to work every day and gets 26 MPG. It's prolly pushing 170k miles by now. Had a 1981 BMW 320i 5 speed before that.

I drove an 89 F250 only a 4x2. I sold it because it sucked in the snow it was a straight cab long bed. It was also starting to cost more to fix than the truck was worth so I got rid of it and bought my current truck.
