I've been losing so much weight and I've been eating like a pig too. I was at 125 lbs 3 weeks ago, and because I've been running 60 to 80 miles a week, I'm now down to 112 lbs. Not good. I've been drinking regular (not light) beer, eating lots of micky d's, and trying everything to keep at 125 lbs... and I can't, unless I stop running, but I can't do that either. What's even better is that when I'm driving my truck, I actually got to use my leg muscles (instead of my weight) to push down on the clutch, and I slip around in the seat.

It's always something...

N' you're complaining at the fact you can eat anything and everything n' still lose weight?

For sure, not junk food like McDs. Go to the gym too. Sounds counterintuitive but muscle weighs more than fat (or nothing as the case may be) and besides, if you run that much you probably have fairly muscular legs, you want the rest of your body to match.

The monkey was on my back last night. I knocked back some KitCats and a 1/2 bag of Chocolate chip morsels and finished with some Red Vines.

In theory if you've eaten those 3500 calories on top of the required amount of calories your body needs to function (around 1500-2500 depending on the person) then you should have gained 1lb last night. 1lb of body fat is equivalent to 3500 calories.

They should invent fat donations to people like me... Doc's could make a lotta money off of someone who can burn it off quick...

How old are you???
I think i weighed that when is i was a little kid!!!
It is possible to be able to burn 5,000++ calories daily depending on age,metabolism,work,etc....

Do you actually feel alright weighing that little??I know when i weighed 160lbs i felt like i was going to die!!!I am also almost 6'2" though and have a stocky build.

Dude I know that pain all to well!!!!

One of the first times I'd ever binged drink in my life we stopped at a convince store, I had the munchies, and seen a King Size Kit Kat bar....... it looked sooooooo good. So I bought it and scarfed it down. 10 mins later I'm laying in a parking lot puking my guts out..... I couldn;t even eat Kit kats for several years after that and I loved them...... They dont bother me now, I love them again!

UMM i think you need some protein in you NO no i take that back you need ALOT of protein in you. Just go to GNC and buy some weight gainer 1850 (or something like that) it works too (in 7th or 8th grade i took it and gained 12 -13 pounds) and if you start workin out buy stuff called x mass and you will gain weight like crazy i am 5'7 and weight 145-149 and the x mass made me gain 13 pounds in 2 weeks. I would just start workin out your upper body and takin protein
