I have a bodyglove case for mine, I noticed it had a round button on the back that goes into the belt clip... and also fits into a CB mike clip perfectly. I got a black plastic stick on one and mounted just below the spedometer on the dash.

Why on earth would anyone need a CB?

Yours is a 2003, so don't you have hat little cubby hole under the steering wheel? For some reason Ford decided that 2000 model years don't need a place to put crap, so I don't have that. Kind of irritating, but I think yours has one.

I didn't have one in it at the time, I was trying to come up with something as well and noticed the simularities. I have since added a CB and it is great to talk back and forth between trucks without messing with a cell phone, and it is rather disgusting when you loose cell signal and can't talk to the truck 100' away. Also you can get traffic reports from other CBers out there, for the money you can't beat them IMO.

I hear ya brotha. I was just making a joke because Dave99 made a thread titled something about why would anyone want a CB when we have cells.
