Congratulations Brett ...

Congratulations to Brett ... the Gods have smiled on you. They put you in a place to succeed and you have surpassed all others!!! Remember to thank God everyday that the Atlanta Falcons organization is stupid enough to trade the best quarterback to ever play the game!!!

Oh, the memories we Atlanta natives have ... "Atlanta coach Jerry Glanville did not approve of the drafting of Favre, saying it would take a plane crash for him to put Favre into the game."

On a side note ... Proving there is such a thing as Karma:
San Diego ... Good times for you!!! You are getting the beatings you so deserve. (14-2 last year and 1-3 this year) Character is everything and your management is found wanting. I do feel sorry for the Charger players that are class acts and have to put up with such poor management.

The Falcons not signing Favre back in '91 or '92 was a huge mistake. Then again hiring Jerry Glanville was also. The Smiths (owners of the Falcons then) were cheapskates and never wanted to pay for great players.

Amen to that bro! One can't help but laugh because we know they will win just enough games this year to mess up any good chances of a decent draft pick for next year and lose just enough games to miss a Wild Card playoff spot.

As a life-long Minnesota Viking fan, I can honestly say I look forward with great anticipation to the day when Mr. Favre retires -- then the Green Bay Packers will return to the miserable depths from which they came!

All I can say is that "Packer Fan" is going to have a hard time adjusting to the Rex Grossman's and Kelly Holcomb's of the world after that bizarre freak of nature they've been watching since the early 90's........
