Any suggestions on routine maintenance?

O.k so here's the deal, my truck is about to roll 100,000 miles and I was going to trade her in but i've decided to keep her so i'm looking to do some maintenance that i'm sure is wayy over due. I've had it for about 50,000 of the miles and haven't done much but change the oil. So in the next couple of weeks i'm looking at, new 02 sensors, new fuel filter, new ignition system upgrade from troyer, and new cats. Is there anything else I should think about replacing. I'm also going with a 6.5" lift with 35" tires next month as my birthday present to myself, with gears followed shortly after and hopefully before christmas. I'm open to all opions on what I can do to get my truck running a little better.

Main things.....

Differential fluid, transmission fluid and filter, (both should be every 30K), spark plugs, plug to coil boots (should be in the igntion upgrade), fuel filter.

I will warn you, some members with the 2v modular, have experinced problems with thier Spark Plugs blowing out after they change them. It's a 50/50 chance that you might suffer from the same issue. The only true fix is upgrading the heads to get more threads in the spark plug hole.

I don't know if I have the 2 valve modular. Its a 97 4.6... if I do, is it worth risking it?

Yea 97 is the first of the Modular engines and is 2 valve.
I think (but I could be wrong on this) it was 04 that I belive that they went to the 3 valve.

You've got to change them sometime, that part is inevitable.
But if it blows a plug out sometimes afterwards then you'll know why. I think it's something like 8 threads is all they gave us for a few years and caused issues with a few. The new replacement heads (even 2 valve) are suppose to have more threads now. But it was never a "problem" according to ford.....

I did my brothers 97 F150 4.6 2v modular and never had an issue, also did my 2000 5.4 2v modular and haven't had an issue (yet) KNOCK ON WOOD!!!! Others have though.

coolant system flush and fill, along with bleeding and flushing the brakes. It wouldn't hurt the suck out the power steering fluid and refill it while you are doing the transmission.
My truck is about to hit 100K and over the past week i did all the fluids along with new brakes.
