Your picture has to be online before you can post it here. Either in a gallery on this site or at a photo-hosting site such as Photobucket or Shutterfly. You then need the URL for your image. This is that web address for your picture that will tell the site where to find it. Images URL's have to have image tags around them like this: {img}URL here{/img} only the { } would be replaced with [ ] So it should look something like this:
{img}http://www.my-smileys.de/smileys3/welcome02_2.gif{/img}
And when you replace the { } with [ ], you get:
{img}http://www.my-smileys.de/smileys3/welcome02_2.gif{/img}
