Ford Fusion 999 sets land speed record

The Ford Fusion 999, a production based fuel cell vehicle has set a land speed record. 207.297mph.

Interesting read... I didn't realize that FoMoCo was going to release a hybrid Fusion for 08'.

Me either, but I like Fords direction. I prefer the hydrogen method over the gas/electric method. Gas/Electric hybrids are nothing new. Hell some of the oldest vehicles made were electric. Glad to see ford actually coming up with a new idea.
