Dog days of summer...

Ahh.. I'm kind of drunk... but I've been thinkin about how cooler it's been getting outside and such... I wish I could go back to the day's I've worked inside and take a chill outside... sit on my truck bed and totally enjoy the day by a lake or something...

cooler outside...lol. Well I guess your right....last week it was 105 and today it was only in the 90's. I am looking forward to fall.

Yah...... it's been like 55 out side here... kind of freaky... but i remmeber when it was like 75 outside...

Same here... Glad it finally cooled off this week, but summer was great for me... Sitting at the lake with PSS-Mag and family, couldn't be much better.

I know what you mean. If you think about all the days of your life you have wasted working, its kinda sad, really.
I personally look foreward to the end of summer. The temps dropping, the leaves changing color and falling to the ground, the first frost and the start of winter. Bring on the cold and snow!

Wish it was like that here.

97 degrees and I was putting galvanized tin on the roof of a shed Crawling around on that stuff I think it was about 120

I actually quit and started back up later this evening and I hardly ever quit a job once I start going because its too hot or some BS.

I dont really miss the 100 plus it was for a while, and add about 20 to the outside temp inside here. Man I cant wait till I get a real job and I can enjoy the summer nights again.

Bartak, I do love Nebraska in the winter. When I was there it was just a little above freezing and I was walking around in a t-shirt. Everyone thought I was nuts

I'm trying to get the truck and trailer loaded for another trip to Joplin - the temps are great but the $%$#@ RAIN won't go away..........

Last couple of loads, it was just too damn hot, I can't seem to win on this one.

Haha, yeah, I can take the cold a lot better than the heat. Only thing that sucks is working in a million feet of snow

Ya can always put on another layer when its cold, but theres only so much you can take off at work

It was 110* here yesterday before crawling around on any tin roofs.

To bad you dont have any humidity in Cali...

Id take 120 degree day in Cali over a 90 degree day here about any time.
