Looks like a wire cutter. Military vehicles can have them where the enemy would stretch wire across the road. If you notive, it is at the front, up the windshield, and in front of the roof racks. It also has a gun port on the passenger side front windshield and is armored.

I would say it's a Spec Ops vehicle. those are wire cutters and it has grab handles for exterior pick up capability for troops. You can see the military spec tires on it..
Our Spec Ops have similar vehicles..

Even though they are diesel, I'd hate to have to put the fuel in them....

Blackwater is everywhere. Check out their website. They made some cool stuff like the grizzly. Usualy they would have their symbol on their vehicles but I guess not. They are a military contractor. They just go out and do some stuff and if anyone gives them trouble they shoot. They arent part of the military but they are a extension I supose. Pretty cool if you ask me. Like a rambo swat team sort of lol

the blackwater guys just sit on the base racking in the money (like three times what i make as a Marine Sgt) and me and my boys (Marines) go out and do all the work and danger wile they sit around BSing, how many blackwater guys do you hear of getting KIA or WIA vise the Marines? and about them getting in any trouble they just shoot they have to abide by the same ROE (rules of engagement) as we do. personaly i dont like those guys, they do things half **** and then we have to go in and help them or do the job for them, IMO they should leave it all to the real warfighters and i can get a peice of there paycheck.

What MOS bigtruck?

marwilli1, where/how'd you get those pics? I can't quite make out where in Pendleton those are from, or are they from Stumps? It all looks the same.
