There is a nursery rhyme about the object in the picture. What is it that rhyme?

It is the town i grew up in in England, i may have mentioned it on this site but i may not have, i don't remember.

The town used to have the largest cattle market in Europe.

It claims to have largest coffee factory in the world.

Ride a **** Horse

Ride a **** horse to Banbury Cross
To see a fine lady upon a white horse.
Rings on her fingers and bells on her toes,
She shall have music wherever she goes.

Crap now I have to ask a question....let me think a bit...

That was a good one, had me stumped.

I'm not getting my trivia questiona from wiki.
Is that where your finding the answers? Now I'll have to start checking to make sure they aren't on there or be more creative.

Now to figure out what color a polar bears fur/skin is..... Is this average color, percived color or are we talking a paticular bear?
