Awesome, thanks for all the nice comments..I found this at Ebay and used "Buy It Now".I payed $4250 + $1000 to transport it on a rig to my door in TX...I think I got a heck of a deal, it does have the 390 motor....I like the classic look for this truck like Mitch said, later I will want to get 17 or 18 AR torque thrust or some Centerline wheels..

Here is a link to the auction.

that is beautiful....but it is begging for some "Big-n-Littles" Some big ol 15x12 aluminum slots out back and little skinnys up front....or the Torque Thrusts.(I remember the ol Mickey Thompson N-50s back in the day...those were HUGE!!)

Awesome looking truck, and don't ruin the classic look by throwing "dubs" on it -- and this is coming from a guy with 22's on his '05 F-150.......

If I had the money and teh ydidnt want both arms, a leg and a nut for it..... Then I'd buty it. Alot like my Old 69. Was my first truck, first vehicle after I got my license and first retro-mod-store. The truck had many other first for me too.
I'd love to find it and buy it back again.

Hey Tuff4rd,

Glad you were able to get it! Seems like a great deal too.

Of course, you could not 'kick the tires', but if it's as mechanically sound as it looks, then you should be ok!

As far as the wheels, some 17's or 18's would still be 'cool'... Just don't go any more then that! Do they make Torque Thrusters in those sizes?? I think they make the 'classic' 5 spoke Cragers in 16-17" now so maybe?? I do like the TT's as well!

Very Jealous of you!!

Mitch
