If you wanted to get him fired for sexual harrasment then when he came up behind you and did his little trick, you shoulda screamed and let one of them, 'accidently pop out'.

Then he could explain the intent of his actions to HR and the next day he'd be snapping his fingers on the wrong side of a drive-thru window.

 

Nah, I'm not one for getting people fired. If he attempted to take me to HR then he'd have one hell of a battle, but I highly doubt he would.

 

Well, if you don't want to get him fired, next time he does it, slowly spin around in your chair and kick him in the nuts.
Then say it was a reflex action just like last time when you punched him in the face three times so fast he only thought you hit him once.
