I say go for the kimora or triangle....hell, even an armbar
IMO, a rear neaked choke, is an easy way out of a fight...legal, but cheesy.

Your more likely to get a guy to complain of sexual harrasment.... unless he's gay all harrasment is welcome, especially sexual......
No way any guy is going to go to go to HR and complain that a lady hit him after he touched her. He'd be fired pretty much on the spot. I'd get your co workers to encourage him to go to HR over it. Let him can his own ****.
