thanks i really wanna cut some weight on this truck if ya can help me find a thread about how i can kill weight and also what plugs i need to buy i have AUTOLITES 24 IN IT NOW!!! I need new ones its even missing reall bad now so not driving

Mines not a lightning, but best plugs I have found so far... Motorcraft.

I use SP-479 in my 5.4

There is a lightning section here. I see you found it, those guys will be your best help. Maybe another 4-5 hours before anyone comes on to give an answer though. Sorry I cant help.
