Why does Soundwave sound like an old school Cylon from Battlestar Galactica?

Me too.....I ended up waiting until the chick took the SD card to the hacker's house. I was back in under 60 seconds and walked in when the FBI raided the house .

Megan Fox

Well, I FINALLY went to see it this weekend. I gues I'm gettign old, because I no longer wish to slug it out, or stand in long lines to see a movie- no matter how bad I want to.

That said.....

DAMN- this was a good movie. I had my concerns with Michael Bay, but I had full confidence in Steven Spielberg's production. That movie was action packed, and humorous. A rare combination only seen in movies like "Bad Boys".

I tell you what, after seeing this movie, I'm amazed the Autobots even have a chance against the Decepticons. In the cartoon, you don't really get the full effect. It's just colors and shapes. So, an 18-wheeler looks less durable than a tank in the original series. But, on live action, you realize a GMC Truck, is no match for an Army tank, no matter what they have under the skin.

I tell you what, the fight scenes were good, and let's just say Optimus's fight with Bonecrusher was great. It was good to see Optimus in full, "I'm not playing with you, boy" mode... Usually Optimus is a compassionate fighter.

Well, the door is open for a part 2. In the cartoon they always said Megatron was virtually indestructible. And, if you saw the original series, you know where the Decepticon base was, so- when I say the door was left open- it was left WIDE open.

It was a little more violent than I expected. My little man was scared, I almost had to leave with him. But, once Optimus arrived- he felt better!

yeah, that was my only complaint with the movie...Prime was no match for Megatron...the Autobots truly, were outmatched throughout...guess thats why we all felt good when the good guys won...

anyway, I'll be going on my second viewing tomorrow night...
