Cool west texans...

anybody here from west texas, mainly around Midland/Odessa and Lubbock?

yeah i bet, boy you ain't from around here!

I LOVE TEXAS.....have like 3/4 of my family in the Houston area, but west texas is beautiful

I think you're a bit more than "a few hours."
I made that drive last December, THE most boring drive ive ever been on. The only good part is that the speed limit is 80 out there on I10. (or, at least that's what you're supposed to drive)

Yeah - I made that run in April from Dallas to El Paso - between Odessa and El Paso I had the cruise set for 85, AC on, fighting a 50 mph headwind and got 13 miles per gallon. OUCH!

That seems to be the case for many people who went to Tech, too much fun. A heads up, Chimy's has opened a location in Fort Worth.

Shoot, you can't never have too much fun at Tech! We are THE party school of Texas.

Honestly though, I actually never go out, unless some friends drag me off the couch.
