Fun car to drive-- a driver's car. Damn near 50/50 wieght ratio, great performance. Downside is that it sucks gas. But if you're replacing the F-150, it should seem like an improvement.

No enough power. I actually think the handeling is pretty sloppy. Horrible replacement for the RX-7.

What year Cobra? I picked mine up for $24k, coupes are cheaper too.

238hp out of a 1.3 yeah....because it's rotary.

350z?

Honda S2000, I freaking love that thing. If you want a driver's car, this is it. Easily the sweetest 6-speed I've ever used, beautiful clutch, precise and properly weighted steering, perfect chassis dynamics, and a F1 sounding engine that revs to 9,000 rpms.

Much better alternative than my previous Boxster, and uses less gas/oil consumption than RX-8 rotary.

Hearing bad things about the RX8. Short on power, oil consumption, very low torque numbers. You could do much better.

im with gpaje on the s2000, its a great car. my friends parents used to have one and it was a fun car to ride in (no, i didnt get to drive it ) the only thing i like about the rx-8 is that it sounds pretty good to me with a nice exhaust. or try to find you an older nissan 300zx (around low 90's models were the best to me), they were very sharp cars and come already twin turboed

Yeah those S2000 are amazing at pretty much everything if you dont care about interior space. My friend has one that he bought new back in 06 that he takes slalom racing (dont know if i spelled that right). Fun car, we hit 146mph with the top up on the turnpike with only an intake and exhaust with a mild drop.

Ha ! i never noticed that before. Theres actually a dealership here in florida i went to with an ex girlfriend about two years ago for her to look at the Mazda 3's and sitting on almost flat tires inside the dealership was an older model RX-7 with only 18 miles on the odometer !! I asked the salesman if it was for sale (not that i was going to buy it anyway) and he told me no that it was the owners car and he has gotten several offers for $60,000+ and still wont sell it. I remember it was green with tan interior, but to see an RX-7 with only 18 miles on it is a miracle.
