yea black widows and brown recluse, brown recluse are even worse. The bite isnt bad but the poisin eats a hole in your skin and can take years to heal and will alwyas have a scar. So far I've been lucky and havent crossed paths yet.

Posin Ive and Poison oak dont bother me I'm not alleric to either so far. I have walked right through it before. Now poisin shumack... if it touches my clothes I've got a rash right where it touched for a couple of weeks.

Ohh sorry....

Since there was not any running water to wash up, we were using latex gloves to wrench on broke skis. He had been helping another guy that had threw his flywheel and also sucked in water.

We have Brown Recluse, Hobo and Black Widows here but I've never had personal dealings with any of them, thank God!

As far as poisonous plants the worst we have is Stinging Nettle and it only leaves a little itchy bump that goes away quickly without medication.

Kobi™ looks up Brown Recluse Spider on-line. Screams like a little girl.
Then sees medical pictures of result of a bite by one. Passes out.

More pics:

Pre submaine...

I am sitting on the second ski from shore getting ready to go out.

Bringing it in from another view.

People coming out to help I am swimming to the front of the boat.

Needed a little help to get the nose up with it full of water.

Wanna know why you got bit by that "pider"?

Cause, he knew Larry was gonna post the picture of my fridge.

Damn. I hate that for you, Matt. At least you've got it all squared away.

How was the water? I'm hoping to get to the lake soon. I've missed enough fun in the sun this year already.

Anyway, this for Kobi:

By this time the shock had worn off and I thought it was funny so I was laughing so she laughed too.

it was definatly a scary feeling sitting in the water hanging on to teh nose for dear life trying to hold it up and watching it sink further and further, against all efforts, not knowing how far it's going to go. When it got totally verticle and only about a foot of the aft was bobbing out of the water, I could here it gurgeling and thought it was going down for sure. I was thinking to myself. I'll hang on till about 10'-15' and try to swim it back up if I can't, then I'll have to just let it sink to the bottom and send divers after it. Then was thinking, dang it's going to cost me more to bring it back up from the bottom than what I paid for the dang thing! So I satrted kicking harder trying to lift it.
