Everyone used to make fun of me for that, so I'm glad to see i'm not the only one.

i'm also the same way with the pockets. sometimes however like if I'm borrowing my fiances or a friends car, I don't know where to put their keys because I can't throw off my method.. lol, so I get frusterated and just carry them around, refusing to put them in a pocket.

When I drink a pepsi, the logo always has to face out. If the can top is in a position that I can't do that, I won't drink it.

I used to be seriously OCD when I was a youngen, and would wash my hands so frequently that they'd always be bloody and extremely dry and raw. I've gotten over that, but I see hints of it every now and then.

They did not have carmex but had blistex and was expensive too. My work partner said thats all her mom would buy, so I relunctantly bought it, figured it was better than nothing and I'd have my carmex when I got home. Now it's all I carry. I think I became immune to carmex.

if i go to bed with my door open i cant go to bed without it being exactly up against the wall, if closet doors are open have to be open completely up against wall. and blinds have to be closed as much as they go and the bottom metal piece has to be up against the bottom of the window.

weird i know.

I've got a similar one with the closet doors, they have to be either all the way open or all the way closed, cant be partial. If I see it is then I have to get up and go correct it.

Ohh no, there are actually 2 in that pic. One is the shirt on the closet door... I would have to put it up then give wo ever put it there a bad look and if it continues next time I say something. I dont understand being that lazy, if you are that close why not hang it up where it goes? I can understand clothes hanging in the laundry room and not having time to out them away... but if you carry it that far....

Then after putting the shirt away I would have to close the doors unless something deistracts me at which time they might by chance rarely get left wide open. If I'm in bed and they are wide open I wont get up to close them. but if they are partial I will get up.

Keys & change in the left front. Knive clipped in the right front, along with cell-phone and eye drops. Wallet in RR pocket. Can of dip in the LR.

Covers on bed have to hang off evenly on both sides.

That's all for now.

I have a habit of checking the alarm clock more than once to make sure it's set. When I sleep both the closet and bedroom doors have to be completely shut. I will check to make sure the house doors are locked multiple times before getting in the truck and leaving. Once arriving at my destination I will use the keyfob to lock the doors on my truck twice both watching the headlights flash and the horn honk. I'm sure there are many more that I do without even thinking about it.

I can't stand a regular wallet anymore. Years ago I got one of those thin leather slide out business card holders and all I carry is my drivers license, fishing license, debit card and one credit card. That's all I usually need to have on me at any given time. It HAS to be in my right rear pocket with the little snap thing facing out. Right front pocket is for money and a small penknife. Left front is for keys etc. Left rear is seldom used except for the occassional piece of paper.
Library card, other credit cards, prescription card, health card, etc etc stay in my regular wallet in a dresser drawer unless I need one and only then will I add it to what I usually carry and it goes right back where it came from when I get home.

Odd numbers irritate me. When adjusting volume level on TV or radio setting I choose has to be an even number. When my age is an odd number the year just dosent seem to go too good for me. As far as the pocket issue- left rear is for wallet always facing the same way, right rear is only used for my tally book when I am at work, left front is for chap stik, lighter and cigarettes and knife, right front is for car keys and car keys ONLY.

You know whats funny?
Nobody is mentioning change in thier pockets.

I dont keep it, if on the rare occasin I use cash and get change, as soon as I get in the truck I empty it into a cup holder, then later bring it into the house and drop it in the change basket where it sits and tarnishes.

wallet back right pocket.........phone & paper money in front left......keys & change in front right. If I have to take my watch off, it goes with the change and keys.

only other things I can think of......socks, shoes, jeans, shorts - always start out with the right foot/leg.

So I wonder how many of us will have new OCD's after reading all these things we haven't thought of yet LOL!

I've got plenty I'm sure. Ones I can think of: closet, bathroom, and bedroom doors all have to be closed when I go to bed, completely, almost doesn't count. My wallet is always in right rear pocket with the logo stamped in it towards me. I also like to take an object and imagine a red laser beam bouncing around inside of it and the different angles it could bounce at to make different patterns.

This is a great thread, keep posting guys!
