This is what also makes me thing Kobi is under 40.

OK, first of all, no where in that post did I say I wanted to get married. Y'all are reading between the lines and that is dangerous because it has nothing to do with reality and has everything to do with the reader's interpretation which is almost always wrong.

It sez . . . "The GF and I were talking about marriage"

With out getting into the details, the conversation went something like this:

GF - I think we should get married

kobi - I think you should get lost.

GF - If we got married I'd want a big ring (notice how my comments were ignored and she somehow thought that ignoring my input and focusing on her goal - getting married - and continuing talking about it as if it were a given would somehow make it happen . . . )

kobi - good for you . . . .

now this is not verbatim, but you get the idea. If you had gone to my gallery (which is a highly entertaining way to pass the time) you would have also seen this pic . . .

. . . which was posted some time ago when some poor schmuck was talking about engagement rings.

And if this isn't proof enough . . . did I get married? No . . . .

So never assume.

And here's some more advice . . . never get married, never reproduce. trust me, you'll be a lot happier.

Duke,

He's not a girl, I'd never let a girl pick up the tab on lunch.

Oh and nice find on the ring bit....that may have been it. Got distracted...

K - I still owe you one.

Wow, so you've seen the fabled Kobi in person. Impressive. So is my guess of 50's accurate then?

I mean, he did reference a show that he used to watch in 1969 in an older thread. That was 38 years ago, and he must have been at least 12 when watching that.

Kobi should throw some Kobe beef into his signature....oh I crack myself up sometimes. [Yes I know it's really lame but I REALLY am ready for the weekend.]

Sorry I'm sworn to eternal secrecy. Per the "You get to meet Kobi" agreement I signed I can only confirm his existence and his gender. He was going to sue Jamz over spelling, imagine what he'd do to me!

Kobe vs. Kobi ....you don't see any similarities?

Fine....let's just let it go....I realize it was pretty stupid.

Indeed. However, in all fairness so that y'all don't think I'm some kind of litigious a-hole, Jamz did ask to be sued.

Then again, you did sign a non-disclosure agreement.

I really hope you're kidding about the highlighted part. Afterall, where do you think you came from? Your mom reproduced. Marriage, who cares what anyones thoughts are on that? But my kids mean the world to me. They make me smile everyday. I have two, ages 13 (girl) and 7 (boy). I would never trade the day they were born for anything.

Really???
I kick myself daily for introducing my 2 wonderful innocence (7 &12) girls (AKA financial burdens, AKA Wallet leaches, AKA bank account drains) into this cruel, barbarous, bloodthirsty, vicious, cold world. They mean more than the world to me, I'll spend every last dime and ounce of energy to protect them and attempt to insure their happiness, but I don't think much of this ignorant place and they didn't/don't deserve to be subjected to it. Yet in my own selfish ignorance I forced them to, so it's the least I can do.
