Drunk 16 yr old
A unrestrained person in the bed of that truck, at the point of impact, would most certainly have sustained injuries.
I noticed that the airbag in the black F150 deployed during the accident (not that I would call this an "accident"). No doubt the driver's biological fluids could be recovered from the airbag and if I were a gambling man, I would bet that the saliva, blood, or mucous recovered from the airbag would match this underage drunk driver.
I would imagine that the amount of damage to your property would classify as a felony and thus warrants a criminal investigation.

That is horrible. I would certainly investigate that obvious BS story further and nail his *** hard. I was stupid at that age as well, but getitng away with something like that would only have made me feel invincible. You need to haunt this kid so he straightens up, or else he will kill someone the next time. Good luck. At least the Century Club sticker wasn't damaged!

That's half the problem with kids these days. No discipline.

Gay liberals and angry ex's that take your kids away from you and have you put in jail for abuse.......
Not me but I've got some friends going through a case with her ex now.
Sorry to hear this!
If the truck shows no sign of theft, the kid has abrasion's on his face from the deployed airbag, and you can get epithelial's from the bag to match his DNA....just get a DA to tell him all of that and if he co-operates they will lessen the charge.
He deserves to get a wake up call from this and be a lesson to his friends. I for one am tired of making 911 calls from ***** like this

If the keys were in the truck I'd still plan to sue his family cause that would still make it their fault that the truck was stolen. Unless of course they had proof someone broke into the house and stole the keys.
