Is this an acronym for something? I keep seeing this term used in reference to one's truck, e.g. "my 04 F150 screw", etc.

Wow, there are so many ways that could be taken out of context. Ask your parents. 
Actually, the term "screw" is an abbreviation for "Supercrew," which is what Ford calls it's full 4-door trucks. On the same note, "Supercabs" (Ford's extended cab) are abbreviated "Scab."

It would be Rcab. But most other forums ive been on (non ford specific) they say RC/SB for reg cab short bed trucks...
