Although in this case it pertains to the truck config, the word "Screw" can also refer to "Prison Guard".

I tried to figure it out but no clue. Guess that makes me clueless!!!

OK Now I really feel dumb. As much as I use Paint Shop I should have
figured that out.
The older I get the less I know.
