yeah i dont know any keyboard controls but the longest thing for me is cutting a object im really needing to learn that, but i just havent had time to use photoshop

If you cant have fonts with anti aliasing yet theres no way you can airbrush like that yet. There's a lot of pictures online that look like that you know.
it looks like you airbrushed color under the truck, but the flame pattern on the left side i dont believe.
