I'd fly that back to the homeland.

The new Polish military plane is the F-16. That plane is much better.

With an engine that large, it probably gets 0.012857 MPG.

Yeah, but it can probably cross the Atlantic in 35 minutes.

If the wings don't fly off first.

It takes 35 minutes to drive just 2 miles during rush hour on 635.

That equates out to a very similar gas mileage statistic.

A big motor --- a faster travel time --- similar fuel economy to that of '635' in rush traffic --- and, most of all PIMP status (having your own plane surely will get you all the ladies).

Looks like the aeroplano is looking better and better...

True, but you have the ability to find the "secret stash" of crude oil for us.

The same fuel economy... it'll cost a bit up front but, it'll be the same final cost.

Parking *may* be an issue at the mall.

You know from the tornado alley location, I figured you were in the panhandle, not dallas.

Tell me about it... LOL I used to live off of Keller Springs Rd. and Preston (289) in North Dallas, and I worked off Legacy & Tollway. Although that was only 8 miles- that drive could take 30 - 45 minutes to go to work, and 45 - 60 minutes to get home after work.

Now I'm 2 miles closer, and with teh influx of people over the last 10 years- the drive time can be the same.

Because I go in at 9, it only takes 20 minutes to get in (missign all the traffic of those who have to be at work at 6, 7, and 8). But, getting off at 6, I'm still in the thick of it going home- 30 - 45 minutes to go 6.6 miles.

meanwhile, on Southwest, it only took 25 minutes to fly from Austin to Dallas. It took longer to drive from Love Field, home, than it took to fly from Austin to Dallas.

Not Dallas, south of Ft. Worth, which is still within Tornado Alley. Everyone in the DFW metromess knows about the rigors of 635 travel.
