Warning. You thought I was a grump before. You just wait.
My girl left me. I came home and all her stuff was gone.
Then she had the nerve to take my dog with her.

Means she is not really gone, she took the dog subconsiously so you'd have a reason to contact her. She really really wants you to come after her. Pathetic really. Sign of a very low self esteem, subconsiously she feels she is lower then the dog, she feels she herself is not worth you coming after, but you might come after the dog.
What a basket case, get teh dog and dont let her talk you into taking her back, what a bunch of freaking useles luggage. You can do better.

Of course it could be that she left without the dog but the dog liked her more than it liked UC and so the dog ran after her.

Actually, she took the dog "for the weekend" because she's in a new place and felt better with the dog.
She does want to stay close friends, but she's not coming back. That I can say with much certainly, I know her well enough to know that
